Windows 10: Virus related to Pearson vue application, while doing the certification exam.

After finished my exam for the certification sc-900, I noticed that my computer was very slow, so I decided to run an virus scan, and the defender found one virus,I never downloaded anything suspicious and had recently formatted my computer, so the only explanation is that I got it by downloading the Pearson Vue app.

Pearson VUE or Certiport

I'm looking to take of the Microsoft certs and I can see that you can buy the exam voucher via Pearson or Certiport.
Certiport being much cheaper $79 with retake Pearson is $129 w/o retake.
And it says Certiport is owned by Pearson VUE.
Can anyone tell me what is the difference ?

 

Issue with my Pearson Vue System test for MB-320 certification

This exam is due for me today and when started exam, System test failed mentioning network issue but I already restarted several times, connected to different ISPs and still the same. I didn't find any issue with my system or network. I did not receive any response from Pearson VUE support, and it’s already an hour after my exam has supposedly started. I am unable to do anything.



Below is the error during network check failure:

Video streaming connection results and requirements:

• Your home/office network failed to connect to the required video streaming service.
  
• The streaming connection requires that Wowza.com can be reached as well as a stable connection of at least 1mb upload and download speeds.
  

How to connect to our video streaming service:

• Contact your network administrators and ensure the following:
  
  • Any network filtering software is disabled
    
  • WebRTC WebSocket connections must be allowed to *.*.cloud.wowza.com on TCP port 80.
    

If anyone encountered with similar issue and got the resolution, please provide me with inputs to resolve this issue and accordingly will raise a request for rescheduling of the exam, as I am not able to reschedule or cancel the exam again.

Azure exam

Hello

I signed up for the Azure AZ-900 online exam (Pearson VUE).



Unfortunately, every time the app (Pearson VUE) got into simulation mode it crashed.

So I could not take the exam.



I have tried to explain myself several times to chat support without success.



At some point, I was directed to open a ticket in my Azure account, that it is not really effective

1. It is not possible to open a ticket about anything besides Azure products

2. Because the account is free there is no support and it is not possible to open a ticket.



I would love to get a refund and I am still interested in doing the exam, is there any support for the Pearson VUE app?

Is there another option to take the exam?
