Windows 10: Virtual Desktop hover preview shows a missing background for desktops TIF issue?

On 22H2, I have set a custom TIF as a background for my desktops. When I pull up the preview for Virtual Desktops, I see a generic background image icon for the desktop. This issue resolves itself if I revert my wallpaper to any built-in desktop image that's bundled by default in Windows 11. I am using a custom TIF image for my desktop. Oddly this is a non-issue for Desktop 1. Desktop 2 and any New desktop created has this problem. See screenshot below to best describe what I see in the hover preview.Happy to provide any further information if need be.

Click +Desktop to add Virtual Desktop

Hover your mouse to Desktop1 to show list of open Windows

Drag and drop each Windows to target virtual desktop

Global Background for all virtual Desktops

Hello people

Separate backgrounds for every virtual Desktop is causing issues with wallpaper engine and I want a global background for every virtual Desktop. So basically when changing the background, that the background for every Desktop is changed. Global changes, is that possible?
