I have been getting my PC to restart randomly apparently while I play some games. Sometimes it restarts at the beginning, and sometimes it restarts after minutes or even hours of gameplay.I have updated Windows, reinstalled Windows, cleaned my SSD, run DDU, and reinstalled Nvidia's drivers, and nothing has worked so far...Here are the links from the logs I've got from WinDbg the last time the error happened:https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/11qTSoPPLCmf41EicDFVabDe1_Nn4luJC?usp=sharingCan someone please help?Edit: I also checked the GPU temperature with HWMonitor moments before my

  2. Need Help Analyzing MiniDump from PC Crash

Another option is to open a support ticket with Nvidia to see if they have any suggestions.

This was the repetitive BSOD problem:

    VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)

These were the live events (without BSOD):

    VIDEO_ENGINE_TIMEOUT_DETECTED (141)

    VIDEO_SCHEDULER_INTERNAL_ERROR (119)

    VIDEO_DXGKRNL_BLACK_SCREEN_LIVEDUMP (1A8)

    VIDEO_MINIPORT_BLACK_SCREEN_LIVEDUMP (1B8)

    VIDEO_MINIPORT_FAILED_LIVEDUMP (1B0)

    VIDEO_DXGKRNL_LIVEDUMP (193)

    VIDEO_TDR_TIMEOUT_DETECTED (117)

The findings with and without WDV support malfunctioning video hardware.

Swap testing may confirm malfunctioning video hardware.

    BSOD Code 116 & 141 - CPU replacement needed?

Thank you @ubuysa Great suggestion, and that's exactly what I did a couple days ago. The assistant gives a clean bill of health with all drivers up-to-date:

    Livekernelevent 141 and VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)

So recently i decided to upgrade my computer with a new graphics card. These are the new specs:

Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix b550i WIFI

    CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x

    memory: Ballistix 2x8GB 3600 MHz

    Storage: Samsung 980 1TB

    PSU: NZXT C650W 80+ gold

    GPU: I upgraded from a 2060 6G to a 4060ti 16G

After installing the new GPU the pc started crashing quite often (When I reinstalled the old 2060 it never crashed). It would only crash while doing small tasks such as watching a video or doing light work. It did however manage to not crash during a few hours of higher load gaming. I started looking into the reliability monitor and found all crashes were either a livekernelevent 141 or 117. Using WinDBG i accessed these minidumps:

    VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE (116)
Attempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout failed.
    Arguments:
Arg1: ffffcd85108be010, Optional pointer to internal TDR recovery context (TDR_RECOVERY_CONTEXT).
Arg2: fffff800a52a6730, The pointer into responsible device driver module (e.g. owner tag).
Arg3: ffffffffc000009a, Optional error code (NTSTATUS) of the last failed operation.
Arg4: 0000000000000004, Optional internal context dependent data.

I have tried multiple solutions such as underclocking the GPU, resetting and reinstalling Windows 11, reinstalling the drivers using DDU, tried multiple versions of the drivers, made sure every component and cable was seated properly and RMA'd the card and gotten a entirely new one. I am starting to run out of idea's after trying so many options. Any help would be appreciated.
