Windows 10: very irritating problem

"help" pages in ms apps and even in chrome and edge always pop up even i dont click them, sometimes they pop up when i am typing, ms office apps show the help bar and sometimes crashes the app, and i cant close them, some times i can but it is not that long till they show again. i cant exit help pages in chrome and edge, edge did even open while im still not opening it. what do you think the problem? very thanks to the one who will answer, i cant work well im so iritated

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Pinned Folder Shortcut Problems / Irritation

Something that I didn't notice before. If I right-click on the folder > right-click on Documents > then choose open it works properly (like in the second picture). The first image shows the problem response. The other 2 images from my original post were the paths: under the general tab Location is D:\ && under the Location tab D:\Documents . The same methodology D:\something is listed in the working and non-working pinned quick-links.

 

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above
