Windows 10: Versions of Windows 10 for students in MS Azure Learning Portal

I have recently discovered the MS Azure Learning Portal (Azure for Students) , which I believe has gone by several different names in the past such as Microsoft Imagine.

This is a great as it allows me to get a copy of Windows 10 for free, however I have some questions about the versions that it displays.

Windows 10 Education 1809

I am currently on Windows 10 Home verson 2004, I assume that after installing this version I will then be able to update to the latest version or is that not possible?

Additionally, this version is available to me

Windows 10 (consumer editions) 1909

I am not sure what version this product key would activate, is this simply Windows 10 Home?

Finally, for both of these I have the options to view the key and also download the ISO. Is it necessary to download the ISO and create a bootable USB from it, or can I use the Windows Media Creation Tool and then use the product key for activation of the correct version? Which of these is the best approach?

Azure portal operating by coding

There are a lot of resources that can be created on Azure portal.

Can I do all the operating in C# code?

I want to create a notififcationhubs without any operating on Azure portal.

(Now I have to create a notificationhub on Azure portal to get the connectionstring for my project,

can I do all the operating in my project?)

Does it have to use powershell or other simple way ?

As you are using Azure Portal and if you have a subscription of Azure then I would suggest you to raise a

support ticket through Azure Portal. You can also get Technical Support through

Azure DevOps Services support

Yes I already opened a ticket for direct assistance. I can still access the Azure portal from Chrome so it's is a severity C case.
