    Verbose messages tweak not working


    Hello, I have Winaero tweaker, which allows me to enable or disable verbose messages in Windows, so instead of saying "Just a moment" when shutting down, for an example, it instead says things like "Stopping services...", and even though the tweak is enabled, Windows isn't giving me verbose messages, but "Just a moment...", I also saw the official MS devs website showing how to enable it, and the registry value is set to 1. It was working like 1 week before, could you help me fix it?I also have GPEDIT by the way, and the "Remove Boot / Shutdown / Logon / Logoff status messages" is disabled.

    That makes sense, I found another way here for win10 using a gui

    In Windows 10/8

    In Windows 10/8 this setting is named Display highly detailed status messages.

If you enable this policy setting, the system displays status messages that reflect each step in the process of starting, shutting down, logging on, or logging off the system. Note: This policy setting is ignored if the “Remove Boot/Shutdown/Logon/Logoff status messages” policy setting is enabled.

    The message pops up, even with programs that doesn't run in compatability mode. I don't want any pop up messages on my computer.

    Thanks for helping me, but the first link gives me the similar steps that I followed on YouTube. I want the default value not the tweaked value.
