Windows 10: vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi missing. Already unistalled all redistributors from...

I recently tried to install Intel Driver & Support Assistant; however, I run into a problem. An error popped up saying, "Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in the box below"The source path is: "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{36A1E79B-581A-4FE5-843D-84C2D3C9431E}v14.29.30135\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_x86\"When I hit "OK" I get an error, and when I go to reinstall the 2015-2022 redistributor, I get the same error:so far I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the latest redistributors since 2008

vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi missing

I recently tried to use the Rockstar Launcher to play GTA5 but when I clicked on it an error came up saying "vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi missing"

I was never able to fix it but I was able to just close the error message and continue to play GTA5 but today I received my new Logitech keyboard and mouse which both sync to the Logitech GHub software to control the RGB but when I try to install the software
I get the same issue except I can't do anything to get past it.

I have done many searches to try and fix the issue and something that people are saying 99% of the time is that it is to do with the visual c++ redistributables so I tried downloading all of the distributables but when it starts downloading the actual one
that is giving me problems I start getting the error message again so I am basically stuck in a loop trying to fix it with no success.

Can anyone help me with this problem before i decide to reinstall windows all over again.

I could not uninstall Itunes, the system respond that cannot unistall becouse file Itunes64.msi is missing.

This is most likely due to an installation/upgrade error with ATI driver's. I suggest doing DriveSweeper and the following:

• Drivesweeper all drivers & in Safe Mode
• Unistall all drivers that aren't used in DriveSweeper (CCC Profiler Updates, MSI AfterBurner, anything related to ATI that use's it's drivers.)
• After you do this, the first thing you need to do is go into Device Manager and Unistall your ATI Drivers

Once your done, restart the PC and then try installing the latest drivers.


I had several issues with this in the past, but I overcame it with logical reasoning and whenever I have a driver issue, I just use these steps and I always overcome the problem.
