Windows 10: vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi missing. Already unistalled all redistributors from...

I’ve been stuck with this error message anytime I open a game, I’ve already uninstalled the programs but it stops me reinstalling since there’s missing Vc_runtimeMinium_x86.msi. I’m honestly at a loss at this point, “Cache 73F 77E4E-5A17-465-A5FC-8A061047725Fv14.36.32532 \packages \vc RuntimeMinimum_*86\vc_untime/Minimum_x86.msicannot be found. Verify that you have access to this location and try again, or try to find the installation package*vc_runtime Minimum_x86.msit in a folder from which you can install the product Microsoft Visual C++ 2022 X86 Minimum Runtime “ is what is been appearing

vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi missing. Already unistalled all redistributors (from 2008-2015/2022) and reinstalled them.

I recently tried to install Intel Driver & Support Assistant; however, I run into a problem.

An error popped up saying, "Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi' in the box below"

The source path is: "C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\{36A1E79B-581A-4FE5-843D-84C2D3C9431E}v14.29.30135\packages\vcRuntimeMinimum_x86\"

When I hit "OK" I get an error, and when I go to reinstall the 2015-2022 redistributor, I get the same error:

(so far I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling all the latest redistributors since 2008, and this pops up when trying to install the 2015-2022 one)

vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi missing

I recently tried to use the Rockstar Launcher to play GTA5 but when I clicked on it an error came up saying "vc_runtimeMinimum_x86.msi missing"

I was never able to fix it but I was able to just close the error message and continue to play GTA5 but today I received my new Logitech keyboard and mouse which both sync to the Logitech GHub software to control the RGB but when I try to install the software
I get the same issue except I can't do anything to get past it.

I have done many searches to try and fix the issue and something that people are saying 99% of the time is that it is to do with the visual c++ redistributables so I tried downloading all of the distributables but when it starts downloading the actual one
that is giving me problems I start getting the error message again so I am basically stuck in a loop trying to fix it with no success.

Can anyone help me with this problem before i decide to reinstall windows all over again.

Yes, as a matter of fact, the Windows Program Install/Unistall Troubleshooter did the trick for me. I spent 3 hours researching until I found this tool, I really really appreciate the help!

For anyone else with the same problem, install the Troubleshooter. Attempt to install the latest redistributable (whether it be x64 or x86). After failing to install the c++ redistributable (remember the version it is that you are attempting to install), open the Troubleshooter. Then when it prompts you to troubleshoot for installing or uninstalling programs, select installing. Afterwards, select the redistributable you were attempting to install (a clue on this is the version number, which will be apparent). Then let the program do its thing, and it will, most likely, work. If it doesn’t, use the troubleshooter to uninstall any version that coincides with the one you are trying to install (Ex.: 2015-2022 x86, then find the 2019 x86 and uninstall it). Try to install the newer version again, and if that doesn’t work, follow the rest of Raniel’s instructions.
