Windows 10: vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi error

I been having issues with several games that I cant play cause of this error that relates to the Microsoft Visual C++. Ive tried already deleting them, reinstalling them but the result remains the same ive spent weeks with this issue reading through forums and nothing helps. Ive redownloaded the redistributable version x86 & x64 several times, downloaded trobuleshooting software and other tools and they have done next to nothing. It is so frustrating my knowledge about programs and installing and uninstalling is very limited and more the half the time I cant understand what Im supposed

"...........\vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi cannot be found". pendant l'installation d'une mise jour d'un Logiciel Nik Software. sur PC Windows11 . Comment faire pour réparer ou réinstaller ce programme?

Hi, Andrew I can't Install the visual studio above because it wants me to have the vc_runtimeMinimum_x64.msi' package again, also I uninstalled every Visual c++ version except for the 2017 one which I coudnt uninstall.
