Windows 10: vb6 cannot install its service pack 6 vb6sp6 on window 11

The vb6 IDE still run normally on Window 10. But when you get a new machine with Window 11, its service pack vb6sp6 no longer install successfully. Can there any way to continue your development work of that old vb6 on the new Window?

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
