Windows 10: UWFMGR command doesn't produce any output

I am working on a Windows 10 Pro Education PC 22H2 Build 19045.3996 Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0. I have recently installed uwfmgr, but when i launch uwfmgr.exe command with any parameter I ever obtain only a cursor blanking on a new line ... No errors, no message, no event logged on windows' logs at least those I can inspect with event viewer. Could someone help me?

I want to save output of command "uwfmgr get-config" as txt file.

cmd was run as administrator,

If I run command "uwfmgr get-config", the cmd output is normal.

But, If I run command "uwfmgr get-config> result.txt"

Korean parts of txt file are all broken.

The same is true after running command "chcp 65001".

How can I get a normal text file?

OS is Windows 10 IoT Enterprise

 

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

i ve tried everything:with atiflash from dos,winflash.step by step with bios powercolor hd 6970 from the database.
nothing,doesn´t work.any suggestion????
