Please help me? When I open Camera, it's saying, "To use this app, open Privacy settings and change settings to allow this app to use your camera and microphone. If you need it, here's the error code: 0xA00F4245 (0x80070005)." I went to Privacy Settings
and camera was turned on for all app. However, this is not working.

"Windows Camera app error code 0xA00F4245"

my window version is 10 and it supports my webcam. my external webcam (1080p) has no drivers of its own and its plug n play with my window camera drivers. In fact it was fine and running but accidentally, once when I tried to connect my webcam and as usual a message flashes, "I blocked it" and thereafter I am unable to unblock it and my webcam is not running. please guide some suitable steps to fix this error.
