    Hi,

first sorry for my english but it's not my first language, I tried everything you all are my only hope.

I built a pc in January. These are the specs:

    MB: Asus Prime B550M-A (Wi-Fi)

    CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

    GPU: Nvidia Geforce 1030

    RAM: 2x16GB ddr4 3600Mhz Corsair Vengeance LPX

    CASE: Corsair Carbide SPEC-DELTA

The computer work fine after I installed all the drivers from the Asus, AMD and Nvidia

I have a midi piano, the Alesis VI61. The two devices unfortunately don't work together. For better explanation the midi keyboard shuts off when booting, when it works normally it lights up every button that has on it and then it shows up on the pc. The keyboard connects with a USB-A USB-B cable to the pc. I use occasionally it with a synth for what the keyboard need a power supply (9V DV, 500mA) and connects via midi cable (6 pins).

Windows is updated. The cable works. The midi piano works on other pc. I tried all the ports on my pc.

I wrote even at the Alesis support and they said it was probably a hardware problem but I know it is a Windows problem and I don't know how to solve it. Yesterday I was on the BIOS of the motherboard to check the USB settings trying to solve this problem and the keyboard turned on. Btw when the pc booted the keyboard shutted off. I have noticed that when I try to turn on the keyboard the rgb light inside the case freezes and begins to work again when the keyboard shut off itself. I suspect that the problem is a usb problem of some sort with the device in the image below:

    aura led driver

I don't have the device connected but after some research i think it is included in the motherboard.

For the last month I searched on internet but there is no way to have the keyboard work properly.

  2. USB Midi Keyboard not recognized (Windows 10)

I've just bought PC with Windows 10, I'm using it for music production. After installing my music production software (Fruity Loops Studio 9) I connected my Midi Keyboard to the USB 3.0 port and it I had no issues. I was making music the entire first day
of owning my new PC, and the USB Midi keyboard worked perfectly.

By the second day, I decided to install updates for my PC. After applying updates and restarting my PC, I returned to making music, only now to find my PC not recognizing the USB Midi keyboard anymore. I've tried disconnecting from the 3.0 port and connecting
to 2.0 to see if that was the issue. It's day three now and nothing seems to fix my problem.

    PC: CyberPowerPC GLC3600W

    CPU: intel i7 6700k 4.0Ghz

    GPU: AMD Radeon R7 360

    RAM: 8GB DDR4-RAM 1600hz

USB Midi Keyboard: Samson Carbon 49

DAW (Digital Audio Workstation), (music production software):

Fruity Loops Studio 9.0 XXL v9.0.0

Drivers Help: QWERTY Keyboard and MIDI to USB Keyboard Won't Work Simultaneously (Windows 7)

I am plugging a MIDI to USB keyboard into my machine to use in a DAW. All of my drivers are up to date for both my MIDI keyboard and my QWERTY keyboard; however, I am unable to have both my MIDI keyboard and my QWERTY keyboard plugged in and functioning
simultaneously. If I plug in the MIDI keyboard while the QWERTY is plugged in, it will not work. But if I unplug the QWERTY and plug in the MIDI, the MIDI will work without a hitch. And vice versa. I tried three different USB ports (all 2.0, as it is a cheap
keyboard) for my QWERTY and it still will not work if the MIDI is in. This does not affect other USB ports and devices. I have my mouse and external hard drive plugged in and both work all throughout the process. As soon as I unplug the MIDI, the QWERTY works,
and if I unplug the QWERTY, the MIDI works. How can I get them to function simultaneously? Thanks.

USB Midi Keyboard not recognized (Windows 10)

    Hello Annu,

I tried the two options but my Midi Keyboard still does not work with my Surface Pro 4.

I know the device is connected and recognize (I can see it in the device manager).

    Any other ideas?
