    USB problem leads to Driver Power State Failure BSOD and shutdown or restart


    Hi all,1. So I use a redragon m724 mouse, which is a wired mouse but with detachable cable. Recently, it's cable has been loosened which cause consistent connection and disconnections of the mouse, which eventually cause the mouse to stop working. 2. At this point I will try and reboot, and Windows will hang on the restart screen for around 5 minutes, then BSOD. The last 2 times this happened, it was with a Driver Power State Failure.After restart, the mouse start working, but the cycle continues. I've run DISM /Checkhealth and /Scanhealth and both came back with no errors.

    Here is my most recent full memory dump.

    I could not get a BSOD while driver verifier was turned on. However, I still receive the Driver Power State Failure on restart, shutdown, sleep BSOD.

    Driver power state failure on shutdown and restart

    my pc crashes every time i try to shut it down. It shows BSoD and says driver power state failure. I have no idea what is causing this issue and have tried all the power management solutions that i found on the internet. So pls help me solve this issue.
