Windows 10: USB Ports Continuously Crashing Windows 10

My desktop PC uses almost all of it's USB ports for various things headset, keyboard, mouse, webcam, etc., and as of about a week and a half ago, they started to all constantly and irritatingly disconnect and reconnect. I've tried rewiring my PC, changing ports, plugging my devices into other computers, updating the drivers, updating the PC, turning off the auto shutoff to save power setting, reinstalling the USB drivers entirely, and none of it has helped in the slightest. My PC uses an ASRock motherboard can't recall which model exactly, and AMD Ryzen processor, 32 GB of RAM, and an MSI

USB Port Oddities


Ok, let's see it with pictures step-by-step. First right-click on the USB device and select Update driver software:





Then select Browse my computer for driver software (LAST option) :





The select Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer (LAST option) :





Then select the standard driver from the list and click next:





Click next/OK as required to complete installation. Repeat the steps for all Intel USB devices. Finally click on each USB root device and press DEL to delete it, reply YES when asked. After deleting all USB root devices restart the computer.

• Are you getting any error messages?
• When you mentioned Windows 10 update, are you referring to USB drivers update?

If you're referring to USB driver update, we suggest that you return to the previous version of driver you have. The Roll Back Driver feature enables you to replace a device driver by using a previously installed version. You can use this feature if you
have installed a new device driver that causes your computer to be unstable. When you use the Roll Back Driver feature, you can restore (or roll back) the previous device driver, and continue to use the computer.

To use the Roll Back Feature, kindly follow these steps:
