Windows 10: [URGENT] BitLocker recovery denies me access to my laptop; I cannot reset the OS or recover...

BitLocker recovery bricked my laptop. After hackers had been targeting my Microsoft accounts for years—the consequence of which has been endless email spamming with recovery code requests even after periodic password changes—I became fed up and swiftly deleted my Microsoft accounts permanently. Unbeknownst to me, this also erased the recovery keys, as they are stored on accounts, but I no longer have any. I could not even fathom that

URGENT Can't access or reset my laptop with Windows 10

I wanted to add a new domain onto my laptop, however the laptop has locked me out completely and now it is asking for an administrator password. I have tried everything but nothing works. I have decided to reset my laptop but I can't reset it for some reason.
Every time I follow the steps and the process is about to start, the screen goes back to the blue main recovery menu. Does anyone know how to bypass the password or force a reset? I also don't have access to the Microsoft account anymore that is linked to
my computer so I can't retrieve my Bitlocker recovery Key either. I really need the files on my laptop for school so this is very URGENT.

 

LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied.

I am trying to share a folder on a LAPTOP. I have other a number of other systems that have folders Shared and they work fine, but with this one I get the error "LAPTOP is not accessible ..... Access is denied." when I try to access it from a different Win10 system. So I went thru the entire "How to Share Files and Folders Over a Network in Windows 10" tutorial step by step. File and Print Sharing is enabled, SMB1.0 client & server are running, and Everyone has Full Access to the Share. Still get the error. I have tried it with the Network Public and Private, with the same result. Any suggestions ? Microsoft Windows 10 Home Version 10.0.19042 Build 19042

 

Bitlock recovery to reset password

7. In the Command Prompt, type the following command to reset the password for the local user account: net user [username] [newpassword], where [username] is the name of the locked account and [newpassword] is the new password you want to use.
   
8. Restart your PC and sign in with the new password.
