Windows 10: upgrading to windows 11 error 800703ee

Helloim trying upgrading to windows 11 through windows updates. i keep getting error 800703ee eventID 20.i tryed all of this options:i removed my anti-virus.i run all the commands: sfc, DISMclean boot, secure boot, nothing changed.and all in this link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-11-update-error-code-0x800703ee/a04b453f-8653-46fe-9043-cea86a4f6296 nothing help me.i dont want to make a clean install! i dont want to loose all my data.how can i upgrade to windows 11 without this error? thank youDavid

Can't upgrade to Windows 10 with error 800703EE on my PC

I'm using Windows Home Premium 7, 64-bit, Service pack 1.

All of the so called answers to this on all forums have not resolved my issue.

None of the solutions are allowing me to upgrade.

I have AVG anti-virus installed but turning it off doesnt help, in fact turning everything off doesn't help.

Re-installing windows update doesnt help.

Deleting update files in weirtd fodlers doesnt help either.

Looking at related errors and links from all the reports on this error doesn't help ether.

Does anyone actually know how I find the specifics of this error and more importantly how to overcome it and get my Windows 10 installed?

Error to upgrade windows 81 to windows 10 64 bits, Notebook ASUS N53

Windows 10 couldn't be installed - failed 1 update - error found: Code 800703EE Windows Update ran into a problem.

I executewindows update tool to try to fix problem but without success.

• Were you able to see any error notification along with the error code?
• What is the make and model of your device?
• Are you able to boot in to the desktop?

This issue might be due to the anti-virus software or corrupted Windows Update Components.

I suggest you to hard reboot the computer and perform the below.

Step 1: Try to eject all the external devices connected to your computer except mouse and keyboard, reboot the computer and check if the issue persists.

Step 2: I suggest you to uninstall the anti-virus software installed on your device and check for the updates.

If the issue still persists,

Step 3: I suggest you to run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check.

Resolves problems that prevents you from updating windows.

Steps:

• Press Windows key and type
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View all in the left pane.
• Select Windows Update to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter
  and follow the on-screen instructions.
