Windows 10: Upgrading from version 1607 to the most current

Question 1. Can I upgrade my laptop directly from windows 10 ver 1607 to 1803? Question 2. What is the name of the file and can you please provide the location or the file itself? I have searched the download site but not sure what file to use. Thanks Sylvia

What version is the current 1607 iso download?


I am inquiring for a friend who had an unsuccessful update to the August 1607 version. After a very long session the update aborted and reverted to the previous version.
I am suggesting he download an iso and manually install but I wondered if the iso included the follow up updates.
I'm not expecting it to include this current Sept.13
