Windows 10: Upgrade to Windows 11 with Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

I tried installing Windows 11 several times also using ISO but it fails.At 75% i haved BSOD and code INVALID DATA ACCESS TRAPAt the end with the error:Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation.Checked for updates Menu in Settings- It displays: "Great news—your PC meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 11.Rollback error log:2024-02-23 16:36:13, Error [0x064183] IBSLIB OSRollbackService::CCheckpoint::MoveOrCopyDirectory: ObliterateOrMoveDirectoryTreeC:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther failed.[g

Windows 11 Installation Error Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

I tried upgrading Windows 10 to Windows 11 using "Check for updates Menu in Settings" and "Windows Installation Assistant" but both fail at the end with the error:

Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation

I read a thread about this error and said to generate a new thread because each PC got different solution.

Please Help...

The pc is fully compatible in the pc Health Check WIndows 11 requirements.

 

Windows 11 Installation Error - Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

Hello.

I tried installing Windows 11 23H2 from 22H2 using ISO but it fails and rolls back at the end with the error:

Error Code: 0xC1900101 0x40021

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during SYSPREP_RESPECIALIZE operation

Can't seem to find any documentation regarding this error.

Looking at a previous post with same error (Redirecting), i've saved the following files:

• C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Panther\Setupact.log
  
• C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback\Setupact.log
  
• C:/$Windows.~bt\Sources\Rollback\setupapi\setupapi.dev.log
  
• C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources\Rollback\Setupmem.dmp
  

and used "setupdiag /ZipLogs:True" to create the Logs.zip file, but don't know what to search for.

Any help on this?

Error 0xC1900101 - 0x40021

Hello,

I'm trying to upgrade my Windows 10 to Windows 11 but I've got a blue screen with this error :
INVALID_DATA_ACCESS_TRAP

After that, when I came in Windows 10, the configuration of Windows 11 tell this error :

0xC1900101 - 0x40021 : The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error in the BOOT operator.

(This error occurs when I'm use the ISO file)
(I've already tried Windows 11 Installation Assistant)
