Windows 10: Updated Windows 11 and now display getting no signal?

I updated my Windows 11 pc yesterday and clicked updated and turn off. Now I start my pc and my screens are black...Also the color of my rgb keyboard and the LEDs of my ram are on default colors not the one I changed it to. The screens are on and yea i tried to unplug everything... Can someone help?[moved from de-de]

Increase the window size step by step and watch your vga temps permanently.
What happens?
If it crashes, run at stock speeds as suggested before and retry.

P.S.: When your system locks, does the display signal turn off after a time?
Stuttering sound or no sound at all when freezing?
What X1800XT model do you own exactly?

 

No Signal on the extended display

Need your help, google didn't help.
Short description:
No signal on the extended display
Laptop: Dell xps15 9570
OS: Windows 10
Display: Philips 245E
Details:

• connection - HDMI
  
• it was working before, but nothing has changed, after a few days of being turned off just stopped working
  
• display is detected by the laptop, I can see it in Display settings. But "no signal" on the actual display.

I am 100% sure that this is a software issue with Windows.

What have I tried:

• plugin another laptop to my display - it worked. The display is working fine with other laptops
  
• plugin another display to my laptop - it worked. I tried to connect my laptop to a TV using the same HDMI port - it worked
  
• switch HDMI cables - no result. HDMI cables seem to be fine
  
• reinstall display, and video adapter drivers - no result
  
• tried different modes ( extend, duplicate, only pc, only extended ) - the same situation in all modes, display is detected but "no signal"
  
• I have booted from a USB stick (Ubuntu) and the display worked without any issues
  

 

Windows 11 Display Port Issue

When Windows updates to 11, my monitor keeps dropping signal from the display port. Even while moving the mouse, the screen will suddenly go blank and I will get a "no signal from display port" and the system goes into sleep mode, necessitating my logging back in to continue. I have already tried disconnecting cables and power cords after shutting down the system then reconnecting them, as well as trying a different display port on my CPU, but I still have the problem. Any suggestions? I am now at the point where Windows keeps upgrading to 11 automatically, so have to continue to roll back the system to 10. I would be happy to go to 11, but not under these current circumstances.
