    Updated to Windows 11, task bar unresponsive and cannot use search bar, HELP!


    Hello,Updated to Windows 11 last night. I noticed that I can't click on my icons and the task bar would freeze. Time stopped on Windows, but my phone is accurate. When I press my windows key, my screen would go black and it will move all my shortcut and the time will be updated. I tried to use the command prompt but it says that I am not an admin anymore. Since I can't use the search bar, I cannot make myself admin or access my settings. I tried to restart my Windows Explorer, but cannot find it in Task Manager. When I right click and hit personalize, I get a pop up saying "this file does no
