    Update KB5046613 kept breaking my PC, and now i can no longer roll it back


    Back in the middle November of 2024 i've got an update KB5046613 that broke my desktop, all shortcuts and almost every icon in the explorer. Also I could no longer access file properties and some of the system apps. After rolling this particular update - everything went back as it was before.
