Windows 10: Update for Win10 for x64-based systems KB5001716 - stuck at 0% instal

Looking at Settings / Windows Update recenetly I see “Updates Available” and “Your Device is missing important security and quality fixes, 2022-02Update for Windows 10 version 20H2 for x64-based systems KB5001716 Status Installing - 0%”. But this update is not installing and is stuck at 0%. As the update isn’t installing I’ve looked in the Microsoft Update Catalog and cannot find it to download it manually. I’ve read KB5001716, only issued 11 November 2022. Does anyone know, if this indicates a problem with my PC or is it a Microsoft thing that’s occurring because the Update

KB3074678 stuck at 0%

Hi all,

Been trying trying to install updates for a few days now only to be stuck at 0%. Here's the list that I'm currently waiting on. Anyone have any suggestions?

Hello everyone, Windows Update has been stuck at 0% every time I've tried in the last couple of days (see screenshot). These are the two updates available:

• Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3103688).

• Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3105213).
