Windows 10: Update error when its 99 percent

My update in Windows 10 will install up to 99 percent then will stop and says update couldnt be install in the system. I dont have issue for the past months on updating Windows only this time. For some reason I cant fix it by running troubleshooter and restarting the device so I need help.

Windows 10 update stall at 99%

When you say 'update to Windows 10 stalling at 99%' are you referring to upgrade to Windows 10 is stuck or unable to update Windows to different builds?

If your upgrade to Windows 10 Is stuck at 99% then refer the link below suggested by

CPU usage is 68 to 99 percent

After updates KB4048954 and KB404901, CPU usage is from 68 to 99 percent. The main cause is PDI 1332 and 3516. After features update on 12/2/2017, the problem was fixed for only one day. Is there a permanent fix?
