    I have a potentially unwanted app that I cannot remove myself. I have downloaded the windows malicious software removal tool 64-bit but I am still getting a threat so I need Microsoft help

    This is the reason apps are displayed as potentially unwanted. This list is created by noticing the apps that display behavior that is similar to other apps that have caused trouble in the past and frankly for a less experienced user it will be safer to avoid such apps.

    If it's a UWP app (Store app) then you can try here:
