Windows 10: Unsyncing OneDrive with PC

Hi everyone, I have a new laptop and on set up I asked my PC not to sync with OneDrive, so all my folders were linked to this PC but there was a OneDrive folder under Users - My Name. This morning I've turned on the laptop and all the default locations for my documents, pictures etc. are pointing to OneDrive and OneDrive is actively syncing to my PC as the default location.I have turned off backup on OneDrive and unlinked OneDrive and the default locations now for my files are Users - My Name and then Documents or Pictures etc. so I think I've done it right.There is still a OneDrive folder lis

I just got a Windows 10 Pro Dell XPS. In Windows Explorer, when contents of This PC are displayed, what are the 'pushpins' next to Desktop, Downloads, Documents, etc (in the left pane)?


When I transferred all my files to the Documents folder, OneDrive started to upload them. I do NOT want them all uploaded to OneDrive. I closed OneDrive, ended up in Settings somewhere and unsynced it. It continues to upload all my files when I turn the pc on again. This is a major problem here

The problem is that none of these directions apply. There is no "Manage Storage" option; there is only an option to "Upgrade," which I do not want to do. Nor can I unsync OneDrive from my PC. With any luck, I've managed to empty my OneDrive without affecting the same files that are loaded on my PC,
