Windows 10: unresponsive arrows?

So I have a lenovo-windows 11 laptop, and I'm not sure exactly when or why it started but 3 of my arrow keys up, left, & right are unresponsive. the down arrow works perfectly though. but no matter how light or heavily I press them, nothing happens. I haven't had this laptop for more than 5 months, and they definitely worked when I first got it but now they do not. I've already done several searches on why this is, trouble-shot, updated/reinstalled the driver, and even gone as far as to removing all 4 of the keys from their slots, but there was no visible problems, and no dirt. Back arrow

In Internet Explorer, when my cursor hovered over the "Back" arrow, a list of recent pages would drop down. I can't make this happen with Edge. Any suggestions?

 

down arrow key stopped working

My razor lycosa down arrow key decided to not respond at some point today. The other ones work and so does the numpad arrow if i turn off the numlock. Sounds like its just broken and im screwed, but any suggestions?
