Windows 10: Unrecognised PayPal transaction

Can someone help me to identify what this payment is about? Can't find any other information about it. Nothing under my purchases/subscriptions in my Microsoft account as well. windows 10 Mail app doesn't print email with Transaction ID's Paypal puts transaction IDs in email, I can't print those

Are you able to print other emails that come from PayPal without transaction Id's?

I still haven't got any answers, I can print emails anywhere but the windows 10 email app. and I can print emails there, IF they Don't contain, transaction ID's or certain URL's

 

PayPal's 2-step verification causing me extreme frustrations!

In answering the question, you'll need to do it from your PayPal's end. "Windows" has got nothing to do with it.
