  1. Unplugged the internet cable, monitor froze and won't turn on again

I unplugged my internet cable from my my windows PC to plug it back in again since my wifi was acting up my provider is awful and I noticed that the screen froze and was unresponsive. So, I turned off the pc and turned it back on again. All cables are plugged in, and the PC itself turns on fan spinning, lights etc but the monitor won't? It's a Samsung monitor. The little blue light is blinking as it always has. Any suggestions as to what I should do?

    :)

Windows defender is turned off and won`t turn back on

Windows defender on windows 10 enterprise won`t turn on. This happened shortly after i updated it; when I try to turn it on it says:

This app has been turned off and it isn't monitoring your computer.

And right underneath it, it says:

If you are using another app for malicious and unwanted software use Security and Maintenance to check that app`s status.

Need for a response ASAP, thanks Unplugged the internet cable, monitor froze and won't turn on again :)

Why is everything so big if the monitor gets unplugged?

I haven't tried any of these suggestions, but the monitor coming unplugged happens when the computer is off. I walk past the computer a lot and there's really not a good way, if I step on the duct tape, to prevent the monitor from coming unplugged.
