08.02 is the latest version, even for your firmware variant (059R1B4). Therefore, please, go to

• Nokia 301 » Menu » Settings » Configuration » Personal » (Options ») Add » Multimedia messages
  
• red key (call-end key)
• Nokia 301 » Menu » Settings » Configuration » Personal » (do not open but highlight) My MMS » Options » Activate
  
• insert the SIM again
• Nokia 301 » Menu » Settings » Phone » Device updates » Download phone software
