Windows 10: Unlink my account from work account

Hello, I'm trying to get customer support from Microsoft, and it is impossible, no human on the phone, it is so frustating. I've been trying to unlink my account from my work account, I press "remove this device" link but it is not doing anything. When I check my work computer my personal files are mixed up with my work files and my work files are mixed up on my account. If this persists, I'll have to move my files to an alternative software and cancel my Microsoft subscription, and I don't want that at all.
