Windows 10: Unlicensed copy of Windows 10 pro

I recently purchased a pc with an unlicensed copy of Windows 10 pro. When I attempt to activate the license, I get error code: 0x8007232B with instructions 'cannot connect to organizations network". I read in support help I cannot purchase an activation code. What are my options and how do I proceed to get the software licensed either win10 or 11?

Which is good news actually, because Windows 8.1 is loads cheaper than previous versions (retail licensing at Windows 7 OEM prices). And it sort of puts a huge hole in the Windows subscription theory.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Cannot unlicense Windows

Hi, I am having an issue unlicensing Windows. I'm trying to reinstall Windows on the same computer. I recently (a few months ago) upgraded to Windows 10 pro using a license key that I bought. Now I can't unlicense it. I used 'slmgr -upk <activation ID>'
to try and unlicense it but it says there are no license keys found. Also to complicate the issue, the laptop came with a OEM key from the manufacturer which is stored in the BIOS. I used a Nirsoft tool called ProduKey to find both keys. It doesn't matter
how I try (and which key) to unlicense using slmgr, it never seems to work. How can I transfer it over to a new installation of Windows?
