Windows 10: Unknown USB Device Link in compliance mode code 43

Hello,


Does anyone know how to fix this problem with a USB device, I have tried every method I can find online. I have update the USB drivers in device manager, uninstalled the USB Hub, updated my BIOS, and still it acts and sounds like I am connecting and disconnecting a USB device, it just keeps doing this like it is stuck. This all started when I updated my computer via windows update. I am running Windows 10 64 bit. I have even re-formatted and cleaned my hard drive and re-installed Windows 10 64 bit, I have cleared my CMOS and taken out the battery to no avail. I have tried what this guy said on this YouTube channel; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_w3aeYWHhJk&list=LL5klP_4wLiL6EjPXkyIk3mg&index=12&t=0s said to try. The only devices I have installed are a mouse and keyboard., card reader and extra USB 3.0 ports. I have disconnected these devices and it still does this when these devices are disconnected. The motherboard is a Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3.

Unknown usb device link in compliance mode error code 43 device manager

I have an internal multi media card reader that worked until the major update to Windows 10. It now shows "unknown usb device (link in compliance mode)" I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling, replugging it, reinstalled chipset drivers and made sure all
others are up to date. I still have the same error with code 43. Driver for this device says none required or installed. Where do I go to next?

Unknown USB Device (Link In Compliance Mode)

I'm getting a UBS port error, over and over again, the sound of which drives me crazy. Device manager says "Unknown USB Device (Link In Compliance Mode)". There is nothing plugged into the USB port. Uninstall/reinstall doesn't work, deactivating it doesn't
work, restarting doesn't work. Any ideas?

I read through several other Q&A about this on the forums did not contain the solution.
