Windows 10: Unknown account

I use Microsoft 365 Business for a monthly rental fee. My chosen email address has the ending “.onmicrosoft.com” I also use this email adress to sign in to my account, e.g. to access my OneDrive. I use a GMAIL email address to log in on my old PC. I have now received a new PC and wanted to sign in with my email address, which I also use to access my Microsoft 365 Business. However, when I log in, I get the message that this account is unknown.How can this be, since I also use Microsoft Business with it?What do I have to do so that I can also log in on a new PC with the MS Business account?My

Unknown User Account created after upgrading to windows 10. It comes back if I delete it.

Hello,

Since I upgraded to Windows 10 I am seeing an account that I did NOT create. So I deleted it by going into Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > User Accounts > Manage Accounts then I click on the unknown user account and delete it. That said.... It
comes back. I have also followed the below suggestions from other posts and still does not seem to work.

Let’s try simple steps and check if the user account is detecting and try removing it.

  Press Windows key + R, type netplwiz and press Enter.
  
• 
  Check if the user account is appearing on the list.
  
  
• Click on user account and click on Remove. (If user account appear on the list).

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

unknown account

Hi I have noticed on all Documents/videos/photos in properties/security there is an unknown account as per screenshot. If I try to delete it ,I then get a message splash as per second screenshot. Is there a way to identify this "unknown account" and delete it. I investigated registry profile image path and it lists this account as myself-strange? Thanks I am using W10 21H1 Build19043
