    Unity Engine Games freeze with the cursor loading


    I've been having some problems with my games, specifically the ones that were made in Unity Engine such as, Potion Permit and Unpacking from SteamThey were actually working, and were playing just fine, but up until this month, they were starting to freeze at startup, my cursor would be loading and whenever I click on the screen, it wouldn't respond. Sometimes it would end up with an error box such as'program.exe is not responding' with no specific error code. I tried the most common solutions; Verify game files, clear game cache, compatibility mode, update drivers, update Windows, uninstall/

    Hi Daryl,

    As an initial troubleshooting step I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall Unity Web Player from Programs and features and check the status of the issue.

    To uninstall programs, go to Settings.

    • On the Start menu, then select Settings.
    • Select System > Apps & features.
    • Select the program, then select Uninstall. Some apps that are built in to Windows can’t be uninstalled.
    • Follow the directions on the screen.
    As you have clearly described that the issue is with Unity Web Player not with game or browser and Unity Web Player is not developed by Microsoft. I suggest you to contact
    Unity Web Player Support. Thank you.

    OS help- Unity Engine problems

    I have a weird problem, and was hoping for some help or guidance.

    After doing an update for windows and Nvidia, all of my unity based games on steam became glorified wall-paper. It would launch and then freeze with the games music in the background. Then crash and say Unity PlayBack Engine. Is not responding. Or it'll jus crash, say Unity 2019.4.19f1_ca5b14067cec

    I've factory resetted my pc 4 maybe 5 times already, changed from windows 10 to 11 and 11 to 10 twice... changed the drivers from the newest update to a 516 version. And I'm pretty sure my IT tech from office max gave up on me and my pc.

    I was told this is an OS issue.....

    I was advised to bring my strange problem to your server from the Nvidia Server. Please help...
