Windows 10: Uninstalled RAV Endpoint Protection and still shows in Windows Security Providers

Hello, an antivirus called RAV Endpoint Protection by Reason Cybersecurity has been installed on my Windows 11 Laptop without my permissions. I think it's installed when installing some third-party software's on my laptop However i didn't downloaded this Antivirus software to laptop. Then I uninstalled it and restarted after I go to the built-in Windows security under the section Security Providers it's still showing there as Reason Cybersecurity even, I uninstalled it. Can someone HELP me with this issue. Thankyou :"

According to your description, your RAV Endpoint Protection no longer works. Please follow the steps below to check if your RAV service is enabled:

1 Search for “Services” in the taskbar and open the Services tab.
