Windows 10: Unidentified network Remote NDIS Compatible Device - I can't remove this.. can I...

I can disable it the adapter.

But I can not remove it. When I uninstall it, it just loads up again when I restart computer.
It does stay disabled on restart.

I am getting spotty connection to network.

Dropping and not connecting right away.


If this is part of SPYBOT or Malwarebytes, I'm not aware of it.


I am also getting a DHCP not found issue on a 100.x.x.x ip address according to FING

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.


I would really like to just reset network, get rid of this remote NDIS and have nice smooth network connections :

Any help in accomplishing this would be greatly appreciated.

Missing Remote NDIS DRIVER after win10 update to 1903

What is the make and model of the network adapter you need to install it for? It should already be included with Windows 10.

Press Windows key + X

Click Device Manager

Expand Network adapters

Right click your network adapter

Click Update Driver Software.

Choose "Browse my Computer for driver software"

Select "Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer"

Uncheck "show compatible hardware"

In the manufacturer section, select Microsoft

Choose the "Remote NDIS Compatible Device" model and click Next
