Windows 10: Unable to type in Sticky Notes after PC is rebooted

Im running Windows 10 Pro Version 10.0.19043Every time I reboot my PC I am unable to type into the sticky notes app. It will let me delete text, but not type anything new. If I close the notes and reopen them it fixes the issue but this is kind of annoying to do everyday when I turn on my PC since I have a whole monitor dedicated to different notes. I love the app but this is making me really want to find an alternative...

Sticky Note Missing

Sticky Notes is one of the default programs for Windows 10. Type Sticky Notes in the search box, then press enter. If you are encountering an error opening Sticky Notes, we recommend resetting the application. Follow the steps below:

• Open Settings.
  
• Click Apps, then Apps & features in the left pane.
  
• Locate Sticky Notes, then click Advanced options.
  
• Click Reset.
