Windows 10: Unable to run mbr2gpt due to 'Cannot find OS partion on disk 0'

Trying to validate my drive in order to upgrade to Windows 11 and i get the error message below. Advice ive found searching around seems to be for when either the 'system reserved' or 'recovery partition' is on another drive entirely. I cant figure out what is wrong with mine.This OS is cloned from a 500GB SSD, which may be what is causing the issue. But i cant find any previous questions that seem to apply. As far as i can see this should be working.I've already successfully done this on the original drive and upgraded to Windows 11 with a clean install so i thought this would be the exact

MBR2GPT cannot find os partition

Turn Drive C: into System.

Run the following command as administrator:

bcdboot C:\Windows /s C:

You may have to mark Disk 0 Partition 1 inactive, remove Disk 0 or change the disk order for this to take effect. Also Drive C: needs to be marked active.

 

Cannot find OS partition(s) for disk 0

I have been trying to change from legacy to UEFI type BIOS, the first step it to change my SSD(WD Black SN850 M.2 NVMe SSD 2TB) from MBT to GPT. But when i do so i get this error message:

Cannot find OS partition(s) for disk 1

Disk 1 is my main ssd which i use for pretty much evertything, while disk 0 is an hdd which i use for pictures
