Windows 10: Unable to resolve error: "Lenovo - Input USB Enhanced Performance Keyboard - Error 0x800703e3"

Hi,Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC.We received an error in the updates page Lenovo - Input USB Enhanced Performance Keyboard - Error 0x800703e3.I have done some searches online and tried to update the "Lenovo - Input USB Enhanced Performance Keyboard" manually, but I was unable to do it.Hence, I went to Program and Features to tried to look for the program but was unable to find the "USB Enhanced Performance keyboard" program.Please advise.Thank you!

I would suggest that you block this update till this issue gets resolved in subsequent updates.

Microsoft has provided a tool Show/Hide Updates tool to block the update

Download the tool from below link

When you run this troubleshooter, it will search for available updates and list them

Select the update which you want to hide. Click Next and follow on-screen directions

Windows update keeps on annoying me about a new driver for my non Lenovo keyboard and
always fails, is there anyway to fix it, or at the very least tell it to go away?
