Windows 10: Unable To Recover Account

I can't sign into my Microsoft account because it's asking for additional verification methods to prove ownership, but I don't have any other accounts linked to verify my identity, I have done a Microsoft password change and have filled out the recovery form several times over the last few days but I am still receiving the message I need more proof of identity. Is there somewhere I can add more information that might help?

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
