Windows 10: Unable to open Gigabyte Control Center after Windows update KB5034843 OS Build 19045.4123

Was going to check for updates and it was already seating in there!

 

Unable to open Windows Update from control panel

Yesterday after an OS Build update in Windows 10, I couldn't open Control Panel, I couldn't open Beats Audio Control Panel.

I tried a suggested fix: click Start and type cmd in a Search box, right-click cmd in the Programs list and then click Run as administrator. At the command prompt type sfc /scannow, click Enter The scan took a while. After the scan the issue wasn't resolved.
I tried another fix: go back to a previous version of Windows. In Windows 10, go to Settings, then Update & security, then Recovery, then Go back to an earlier build. It resolved the issue.
