Windows 10: Unable to log in to windows.

I was having issues with web sites and wanted to boot in safe mode to rule out a program causing the problem . It needed a password and kept saying my password was invalid even though I changed it twice and it works to get on Microsoft web site. . So did msconfig and picked the selected boot thinking some program was interfering with the program. Now cannot log onto windows. Only have fingerprint and code option…no password option…and neither one work. It’s with an IT Tech but he’s having trouble also. When he connects it to another computer, it can’t find the hard drive. I don’t think it’s e

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

• What is the exact error message/ error code of this issue?
• Have you made any changes to the operating system prior to this issue?

As a workaround, I suggest you to remove all the external devices being connected (except mouse and keyboard), try hard reboot the device and check the status of this issue.
