Windows 10: Unable to load Roblox from microsoft Store.

Hello,I unable to load roblox properly that I downloaded from Microsoft store. Everytime I open roblox, it would freeze on the startup and will not respond, unable to close it too also so I have to wait for a while or restart my computer. On my other laptop windows 11 seems to work just fine however not on my desktop.I follow a lot of advice from youtube guides and other posts but they don't seems to work.Reset Microsoft Store app:> Settings Win + I key > System > System Components.> Scroll through the app list or use the search bar to locate the Microsoft Store app.> Click th

ROBLOX Microsoft Application Won't Load Assets

Hello GodKirogi, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

I understand that the Roblox app is not working properly on your Windows 10 PC;

What exactly is the model and manufacturer of your graphics card?

Before answering the above question I suggest you try the following;

Check if you are updated with the latest version of Windows 10;

Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

Update Microsoft Store apps;

Open the store and click on Library;

Click on Get updates and wait for all apps to be updated;

Reset the Roblox app;

Press Windows key + i and go to Applications;

Select Roblox from the list and click Advanced Options;

Scroll down and click on REset;

Try opening Roblox and check if the problem still persists;

Roblox On the Microsoft Store

It looks as though the App packages for Roblox may still be on your device, which is why it is not installing.

Please can you:

• Press Win key & R together,
• Type: wsreset
• Press enter

Then try again at launching Windows store and downloading Roblox.
