Windows 10: Unable to install windows 11 error code 0xc0000005

I've gotten nothing but errors trying to install windows 11 on this new pc Asus z790-p wifi bios 1220 latest available today2x 16gb trident z5 ddr5 6400 Power 1150w psu platinumZotac rtx 4090 trinity edition gpuI9-13900k intel cpu2x 2tb Samsung 980 pro nvme's Gen 4Samsung neo g8 32" 240hz monitorLogitech g604 mouse Razer black widow ultimate keyboardEthernet connected 2.5gb port motherboard with cat 8 cable connected to asus ax11000 wifi 6e router connected also 10gb port on the routerI've reformatted the drives repartitioned many times, I've try install on both mvme same error. 2 differen

1. Whether your installation is based on the steps in Install Windows 10 on your Mac with Boot Camp Assistant - Apple Support?
   
2. Where the error code appears?
   
3. whether it is installed under the Bootcamp partition?
   
4. Which methods have you tried to repair this?

Windows 10, 2004 update fails on appraiser.dll with error code 0xC0000005

I tried to install Windows 2004, and I get the error code 0xC0000005. Looking at the logs from the installation in the Panther directory, I see the following:

Exception (code 0xC0000005: ACCESS_VIOLATION) occurred at 0x00007FFEA182D8C1 in C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\appraiser.dll

I was able to read the dump file for this error, and I see the check failing on this step:

NULL_POINTER_READ_c0000005_appraiser.dll!BiSpacesUpdatePhysicalDevicePath
Any help would be appreciated
