Unable to install sql server 2022 , it's throwing the error of windows installer

Hi, I'm trying to install SCOM 2022. On Server 2022. I have SQL Server 2022. Can anyone check my Log? And find the problem? Thanks

Unable to install SQL Server (setup.exe)

I was trying to install SQL Server 2017 Express Edition on my Windows 10 Pro machine. I received this message: "Oops... Unable to install SQL Server (setup.exe).

Under Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server I have three folders. 110, 120, and 140.

110 and 140 are dated for today so i will show the summary of the most recent one.
