Windows 10: Unable to install latest Java jdk-17.0.9_windows-x64_bin.exe.

I accidentally started C-drive Shredding by File Shredder and then immediately I stopped. But, meanwhile, a few s/w installed files got corrupted. I fix many of the s/w errors by uninstalling them, removing them from Programm FIles & re-installing them.My Java installation also corrupted and I tried to uninstall the Java installation from the control panel but it is not happening. Then, I deleted Java files from the program files but I still can see Java in the control panel. So. I try to uninstall it from the control panel but it is throwing a non-understandable error. Java JDK not Detected

I cannot install Netbeans or using eclipse. It always give me error message to install java. I already install the latest JDK on my PC and my browser work fine using java right now. It seems the JDK is not detected. Please, help me!
