Windows 10: Unable to forget wifi connection

I have a home office and residential wifi at the same location. I need to forget the residential connection because of some issues with connecting printers and other devices. The ip address seems stuck to the HOME-2A12. See below, it doesn't exist anywhere it can be deleted or forgotten. Hoping there is an easy solution.

Windows won't forget WiFi network

I have 3 old Wifi networks that I want to get rid of in the list of networks. All devices show them in the WiFi list and when i click Forget, they come right back. When I go to Manage networks in Settings, they're not there, but still show in the list on every device. How can I get rid of them?

Are you experiencing the same issue with other devices too?

If you are able to connect to other device, I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps:

    Toggle Wi-Fi
    
  • 
    Forget/reconnect to Wi-Fi access point
    
  • 
    tested multiple access points and different locations

Forget a WiFi Network

Hi Jess,

Windows 10 saves a list of Wi-Fi networks you connect to along with their passwords and other settings. If you want to manage or delete a certain network, just follow the steps provided below:

• Type Settings on the search box.
• Click Network & Internet.
• Click Wi-Fi on the left pane of the Network & Internet window.
• Click Manage Wi-Fi settings.
• Select the network name and click Forget.

Note: Since you can't remember the network name you've connected with, you can consider forgetting all saved Wi-Fi networks on your PC.
