Windows 10: Unable to find Outlook 365 after Reinstallation of Windows 10

Hi,I have Surface Laptop 2 and recently I have reinstalled Windows 10 on my machine. After reinstallation I cannot find the outlook365 which was preinstalled on my surface 2 when I bought it. Kindly guide how to recover it.Thanks,Najma

Disable new search bar in Outlook 365

OK. There is a way to disable this new search box in Microsoft Office 365. For Outlook:

1. Open Outlook 365.
2. On the lower left-hand corner click options.
3. In the User Interface options under the General Tab, click the checkbox Collapse the Microsoft Search box by default.
4. Click OK.

The search box will now disappear. However, disabling this option would only work on that application. If you open Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, you will need to do these same steps to disable the search box (if present) as well. Let me know if this works for you.

 

How to install outlook express on windows xp with explorer 8?

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.
