Windows 10: unable to enable virtual machine platform wsl or hyper v in windows 11

i just reinstalled windows it had some startup issue after i triple booted i reinstalled windows 11 now instead of 10. everything seemed until i enabled the following virtualization features above it would install the optional features however after reboot would show me a blue screen of death.i dont understand whats the problem vtd is enabled in the bios and i have a 10700 which definetly supports virtulization i am a dev and i need wsl due lot of dependencies and tools, plz answer quickly, thankyou

WSL 2 is available on all SKUs where WSL is currently available, including Windows 10 Home.

The newest version of WSL uses Hyper-V architecture to enable its virtualization. This architecture will be available in the 'Virtual Machine Platform' optional component. This optional component will be available on all SKUs. You can expect to see more details
about this experience soon as we get closer to the WSL 2 release.

You would see Virtual Machine platform component in Windows 10 Home as well(turn windows features on/off).

The folder where your VM is do you see a .vhd file?
